Rates and Cancelation Policy
The daily/weekly rates are published on the White Sands RV Resort website. All guests must call for details on monthly rates. Electricity and water are included. Payment in advance is required and is deemed non-refundable once submitted. All rates are subject to change. All applicable state and local taxes will be applied. All payments are subject to a booking fee of $3.00.
Check-in/Check-out/Quiet Hours
Check-in is at OR after 2pm. Check-out is before OR at 12pm. Guests who check out after Noon but before 2pm will incur an extra $25 fee. Guests who check-out after 2pm will be charged an extra full nightly rate. It is vital that checkout be strictly observed so management can prepare the property for incoming guests. Quiet Hours are from 10pm. to 8am. Excessive noise during this period will not be tolerated. Any guests who do not respect the resort’s quiet hours will be asked to leave

Excessive noise during this period will not be tolerated. Please be reasonable with your TV and radio volumes. No generators shall be run (exceptions may be made in the event of power outages). Campground Utilities/Trees/Weather/Pond.
Each campsite offers full hookup (Water, Sewer, & 20/30/50 of Electricity). Campers should use the service that is appropriate for their individual camping unit’s needs and use a surge protector. The water pressure is strong at White Sands RV Resort. Camping units should have a pressure-reducing valve coming into the camping unit. White Sands RV Resort is not responsible for damage to camping units due to water pressure. Heated and insulated water lines with spigot insulation are strongly recommended for cold weather camping. The resort is not responsible for damaged RV water lines or associated equipment due to freezing. The camper will be responsible for spigot damage if proper anti-freeze measures have not been taken. Water is city supplied to the campground but in-line filters are recommended. White Sands RV Resort has mature pine trees throughout the campground. White Sands RV Resort is not responsible for damage due to tree limbs falling on camping units. No trees are to be cut, damaged, or harmed in any way. Rope, string, or wire may not be attached to trees/vegetation, or poles at any time. White Sands RV Resort is not responsible due to camping unit damage during inclement weather. Gray water may not be drained on the ground. An airtight hose connection is required for sewer hookup.
Lot Availability
White Sands RV Resort makes every effort to keep reservations according to specific sites whenever possible. However, in some cases where conditions arise; White Sands RV Resort reserves the right to change the site assignment without notice. No refunds or discounts will be given due to changes in lot assignment.
Campground Utilities
Each campsite offers full hookup (Water, Sewer, 20/30/50 of Electricity). Guests should use the service that is appropriate for their individual camping unit’s needs. All guests are responsible for the safety of their RV’s electrical system. White Sands RV Resort is not responsible for damage to RVs due to possible lightning strikes, inclement weather. Therefore, the use of a surge protector is recommended.
Water pressure is strong at White Sands RV Resort. Camping units should have a pressure reducing valve coming into the camping unit. White Sands RV Resort is not responsible for damage RVs due to high water pressure.

To prevent maintenance issues arising from clogged sewer lines, use only RV grade toilet paper. Do not flush paper towels, napkins, baby wipes, feminine hygiene products, or other items.
No generators shall be run on the campground at any time (exceptions may be made in the event of power outages).
Trees
White Sands RV Resort is not responsible for damage due to tree limbs falling on camping units. No trees are to be cut, damaged, or harmed in any way. Rope, string, or wire may not be attached to trees/vegetation or poles at any time.
Pond
Swimming or wading in the pond is STRICTLY prohibited. No watercraft are allowed. Fishing is allowed from the bank only. White Sands RV Resort will not be held responsible for injury OR drowning related to guests neglecting the simple rule above.
Vehicles and Camping Units
Rates are based on two-person occupancy. Additional people are subject to prevailing rates. All payments are not refundable. Only one camping unit & two vehicles per site. All vehicles must be registered. To prevent maintenance issues arising from clogged sewer lines, use only RV grade toilet paper. Do not flush paper towels, napkins, baby wipes, feminine hygiene products, or other items. Vehicles must be kept in repair to the point they meet state codes and do not annoy other guests. Camping units must be no more than 10 years old. Washing vehicles/RVs or vehicle repairs (including changing oil and lubing) is prohibited. Motorcycles are welcome but may only be used for transportation to and from the park. All campsites and camping units must be kept clean and presentable at all times. Additional tents, cabinets, or decking are not allowed. Clotheslines are not permitted. Don’t park on grass areas.

Do not park on ANY of the grass. Washing vehicles/ RVs or other vehicle repairs is prohibited. All guests must contact management for exceptions. All food and equipment used to prepare and store food (stoves, pots, coolers, etc.) must be kept sealed in a vehicle (preferably the trunk) or in a camping unit constructed of solid, non-pliable material AT ALL TIMES when not in use. Please refrain from crossing through sites, other than the one you are assigned to.
Firewood/Campfire Regulations
Guests may only use wood of Tennessee origin. Guests are permitted to collect dead and down wood found in the park for campfires, but White Sands RV Resort will not be held responsible for injuries to guests choosing to do so. Campfires must be in the fire ring provided at each campsite ONLY. Do not leave fires unattended. Do not dump ashes on the ground.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome and include dogs, cats, and other domesticated animals. Pets must always reside in the camping unit or on a leash when outside of your unit. Pets may not be left unattended outside your unit at any time. Aggressive or disruptive animals will not be tolerated. You are held responsible for your pet. Please refrain from crossing through sites other than the one you are assigned to. Be respectful of your neighbor’s rights. Always pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in sanitary trash receptacles located at the Pet Playground. Pets are not allowed inside any of the park buildings.
Bicycles
Bicycle riders must comply with all traffic regulations and are restricted to public roads, parking areas, and designated routes. Helmets are recommended for bicycle riders of all ages. The use of inline skates, skateboards or scooters is prohibited.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in any of the park buildings. Please dispose of your cigarette butts in a trash receptacle – not on the park grounds.
Firearms/Fireworks
No discharging of firearms, air rifles, BB guns, bows and arrows, or crossbows permitted at any time in the park. No fireworks will be allowed at any time.
Showers/Laundry
Showers are for overnight paying guests ONLY. No laundry is to be left in the units after wash/dry cycles are complete. Management reserves the right to remove any items left in the washers/dryers unattended to allow for others to utilize them.
Trash
Trash disposal is ONLY to be put in trash receptacle behind lot 11. Due to bear and other wildlife, NO trash or food is to be left outside. Dispose of garbage promptly in dumpsters provided. Unattended or improperly stored coolers and food items may be impounded by campground staff.
- White Sands RV Resort is privately owned. Camping has inherent risks associated with outside activities. Lessee accepts camping privileges with the understanding that they do hereby release White Sands RV Resort, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to their person arising out of their use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify White Sands RV Resort, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage of property or injury to the person of any member for the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities and other activities, games, or events sponsored by White Sands RV Resort including but not limited to, use of hiking trails, use of pet playground, use of the fishing pond or participating in organized campground activities.
- White Sands RV Resort reserves the right to take possession of the property in the event of non-payment, holdover, and/or violations of our policies, including, but not limited to removing RVs and other property to a safe location on our grounds. In the event these measures are taken, White Sands RV Resort will not be held responsible for any damage to the property being relocated.
Right of Rejection without Refund:
White Sands RV Resort maintains the right to refuse entry and/or to eject any individual from the campground based upon the following:
- Non-compliance with any White Sands RV Resort policies, rules, or regulations. These rules are for your protection and to ensure all guests have an enjoyable stay. We hope the worst we have to do is a friendly reminder of the rules so that no guest feels uncomfortable or embarrassed by their actions;
- Verbal or physical threats to another guest or employee of White Sands RV Resort;
- Deliberate damage or destruction of any property belonging to White Sands RV Resort or a guest;
- Disorderly, immoral, or indecent conduct;
- Any violation of State or Local laws.
ACKNOWLEDGMENTS:
I acknowledge that the Lessee is only renting the physical space that my RV/vehicle(s) occupy. No amenity, water, power, sewer, mail box, structure, land, or any other property owned and operated by White Sands RV Resort. LLC is considered part of this rental agreement. Any violation of the Rules & Regulations, lack of payment, or any other reason at the sole discretion of the owners or managers will result in your expulsion from the campground. Your access to water, power, sewer, mailbox, and any amenity will be immediately terminated. Your vehicles will be towed at your own expensive off property with no liability per White Sands RV Resort, LLC or any associated entities if you do not vacate the premises within 24hrs. I acknowledge and agree that the RV resort owners/management shall have no responsibility for my safety or the safety or protection of any of my possessions. I acknowledge that the campground entrance is not guarded, that White Sands RV Resort has no security system or patrol and that I am responsible for locking my vehicle(s) and RV in order to help prevent loss or damage. I agree to notify White Sands RV Resort management AND the local police in the event that I observe or learn of suspicious or illegal acts in the park. I agree to pay for any damages to campground property, sites, buildings, facilities, equipment, or loss of equipment, which may occur. I agree to immediately report any accident, injury, or property damage to the manager or staff. If a hazard or dangerous condition exists on the premises, I will notify the management or staff immediately. I agree to take full responsibility for myself and all the people in my party, including pets and visitors and will require them to read and comply with all campground rules and regulations as posted in the office or on the grounds, as well as the terms and conditions as set forth in this agreement. I agree to vacate the campground premises if requested to do so by White Sands RV Resort management.
